AGAVE: Business Solutions ("AGAVE," "we," "us") runs a simple, static website. This page explains, in plain language, what information we collect when you visit or use it, why, and how to have it removed.
What we collect when you use the "Start a project" form
If you open the project form and submit it, we receive whatever you enter: your name (optional), your work email (required — it's how we reply), the type of project and budget range you select, and anything you write in the project description.
That submission is delivered to us by FormSubmit, a third-party form-delivery service — we don't run our own server to process it. FormSubmit forwards your message directly to our inbox (agavebsolutions@gmail.com) and does not display it publicly. You can read FormSubmit's own privacy policy ↗ for how they handle that transit. We use the information you submit only to reply to you about your project — never to add you to a mailing list, and never to sell or share it with anyone else.
What Google Analytics collects
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand, in aggregate, how many people visit and which pages they read — nothing more granular than that. It sets cookies in your browser and, when you visit, typically collects: the pages you viewed, how you arrived at the site (e.g. a search engine or a direct link), general device and browser information, and an approximate location derived from your IP address (not your exact address). This data is processed by Google under its own privacy policy ↗. We do not use any advertising or retargeting pixels — Analytics is the only tracking on this site.
Cookies
The only cookies set on this site are the ones Google Analytics uses to distinguish visitors and sessions, described above. We don't set any first-party cookies of our own, and there are no advertising, marketing, or cross-site tracking cookies here.
Requesting deletion of your information
If you'd like us to delete a project inquiry you sent us, or have any other question about your data, email agavebsolutions@gmail.com and we'll take care of it directly — no form, no waiting period.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for business owners and professionals. It is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If what we collect or how we use it ever changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
